Innovation comes from the Latin word innovare and means to change, to renew. And Innovation is not a buzzword - it's a strategic capability. This applies not only to product, process, service or business model innovation, but also to wholistic business innovation driven and required by digitalization, digital transformation and AI application.
My mission is to make this capability accessible, practical, and repeatable for companies that want to shape their future rather than react to it. And doing so with having always the broad picture in mind.

Behind 3W2A stands Dr. Martin Vetter, a seasoned expert with 15+ years of experience in innovation, digitalization, agile transformation and AI application - always navigating the tensions between corporate complexity and agile speed.
Martin isn't a theoretical consultant who has never stood in your shoes. Until 2025, he serves in various leading roles most recently as Head of Digital & Innovation Roadmap in an international corporate, where he was responsible for the division wide innovation strategy and the digital roadmap. He knows what it means to manage projects, complex programs, budgets and c-level stakeholders, to lead and inspire disciplinary teams to high performance, and to answer for the P&L of innovation and AI driven digitalization portfolios.

Martin‘s career is defined by bridging gaps.
From Startups to Corporates
He began his journey managing the Startup Incubator neudeli at Bauhaus University Weimar, coaching early-stage ventures. He later took that entrepreneurial spirit into the corporate world, initiating Corporate Innovation Funds and Kickstart programs.
From Projects to comprehensive Strategies
He started with managing agile innovation projects and used his experience and expertise to design and manage complex programs to overarching digital and innovative strategies to always have the broad picture for long term success in sight.
From Innovation to Artificial Intelligence
Innovation, no matter of products, processes, services or overall business models, can never been driven secluded but must be embedded, driven or achieved by means of digitalization, digital transformation and of course Artificial Intelligence.
From Theory to Practice
With a Diplom in Business Administration, a Doctorate focussing on Innovation and a Master of International Business, he understands the theory. But as a practioneers with years of experience, a certified Agile Leader and being trained by Alexander Osterwalder and the HPI School of Design Thinking, he prioritized what actually works on the ground.
His approach
Martin is recognized for calm leadership even under challenging conditions. He combines strategic thinking with deep empathy, believing that digital transformation is 20% technology and 80% people. Whether it‘s cutting an „elephant“ project into pieces using OKRs or implementing AI tools for practical workflows, his focus is always on creating value.
